Is the program suitable for people with a busy schedule?
Yes. Your program is custom made for you and your schedule so you’ll always feel capable of completing your workouts, regardless of how busy life gets. We will also be working together to build habits around time management and finding a schedule that works best for you so you can be successful and consistent long term.
What is the difference between the 90 day transformation and the one on one video training?
So glad you asked! The one on one video training includes everything that the 90 day transformation program offers as well as 1 on 1 video training sessions. The 90 day transformation still includes weekly check in calls that will be delivered through a regular voice call lasting anywhere from15 minutes up to an hour depending on your needs and questions! So you still get the benefits of a personal trainer, just without the workout sessions. This is optimal for people who already feel confident in their form during their workouts and can complete their workouts at their convenience. With the 1 on 1 video training you can choose anywhere between 1 and 5 training sessions with me per week which will be carried out via FaceTime, zoom, WhatsApp video or any video call service that you prefer! Each video sessions is an hour long where you will receive the full personal training experience with Liz. This option is best for people who don't feel as confident with form or how to move properly through exercises. People who have muscle imbalances, injuries and pain, or if you just need the appointment and accountability with a little push to help you get through your workouts effectively and consistently! You will still receive your custom workout program, mobility and nutrition through the app so you can practice and carry out workouts on your own!
Do you have in person training options?
YES!! The bulk of my career was training in person until covid hit and I started my business online! I currently reside in Los Angeles California and travel to local Clients homes or gym for in person training. You can book a free consultation call with me to discuss arrangements and pricing.
What can I expect during video sessions?
Having a personal trainer is an experience that will last you a lifetime! Don’t worry, my sessions aren’t going to be an hour long ass-kicking session where I push you to the brink of death (unless youre into that sorta thing?) During our sessions we start from the foundation, making sure you learn how to move correctly and confidently through exercises, focusing on balance, stabilization, postural alignment and proper core bracing and dressing any pain or muscle imbalances that may be preventing your body from making progress. From there Ill guide you through strategic programming to help you get to your goals and achieve long lasting results, And of course all while yapping, learning, sharing laughs, mental AHA moments, highs and lows and a library of fitness and mentality advice and motivation, just like working out with a bestie, whose also your trainer and holds you accountable. Every session is tailored to your body and abilities so you can get stronger and move better without the burn out.
Are there any age limitations as to who can sign up?
Nope! As long as you have access to a phone so you can get the full benefits of your program. I have worked with clients as young as 14 years old to help them with sports, proper movement and muscle development, injury or pain management, and posture all the up to 90+ years old to retain and build muscle, strong bones, balance, independent movement and manage pain.
Where can I find the app?
My training app can only be accessed by clients and will not be able to be found in the app store, only until you sign up for training will you be able to download the app. Additionally if you have signed up for the mobility series, you will have access to my on demand mobility workouts but not to any personalized training programs.
What if i’m disabled?
One of the reasons I began training online is not only to have access to clients around the world, but also to have access to people who may have limited abilities to leave their house or may feel uncomfortable in a gym setting for any reason. As long as you are cleared by your dr. to engage in physical activity, you’re on the team!

Do you have in person training options?
YES!! The bulk of my career was training in person until covid hit and I started my business online! I currently reside in Los Angeles California and travel to local Clients homes or gym for in person training. You can book a free consultation call with me to discuss arrangements and pricing.
What can I expect during video sessions?
Having a personal trainer is an experience that will last you a lifetime! Don’t worry, my sessions aren’t going to be an hour long ass-kicking session where I push you to the brink of death (unless youre into that sorta thing?) During our sessions we start from the foundation, making sure you learn how to move correctly and confidently through exercises, focusing on balance, stabilization, postural alignment and proper core bracing and dressing any pain or muscle imbalances that may be preventing your body from making progress. From there Ill guide you through strategic programming to help you get to your goals and achieve long lasting results, And of course all while yapping, learning, sharing laughs, mental AHA moments, highs and lows and a library of fitness and mentality advice and motivation, just like working out with a bestie, whose also your trainer and holds you accountable. Every session is tailored to your body and abilities so you can get stronger and move better without the burn out.
Are there any age limitations as to who can sign up?
Nope! As long as you have access to a phone so you can get the full benefits of your program. I have worked with clients as young as 14 years old to help them with sports, proper movement and muscle development, injury or pain management, and posture all the up to 90+ years old to retain and build muscle, strong bones, balance, independent movement and manage pain.
Where can I find the app?
My training app can only be accessed by clients and will not be able to be found in the app store, only until you sign up for training will you be able to download the app. Additionally if you have signed up for the mobility series, you will have access to my on demand mobility workouts but not to any personalized training programs.
What if i’m disabled?
One of the reasons I began training online is not only to have access to clients around the world, but also to have access to people who may have limited abilities to leave their house or may feel uncomfortable in a gym setting for any reason. As long as you are cleared by your dr. to engage in physical activity, you’re on the team!

Are there any Requirements?
-Smartphone -Weights: If you are working out from home, Liz may suggest getting some dumbbells or kettlebells to help you see the best results and progress. If you already have some, we will work with what you have! Any other other equipment if needed canl be discussed during our initial call before your program starts! -Yoga or fitness mat: a padded surface to help you complete movements as comfortable and safely as possible
What kind of results can I expect and how soon?
Your program is designed to deliver noticeable results within 12 weeks, with meaningful progress and improvements often showing up much earlier. Clients Typically begin to feel more energized, less bloated and moving better within the first few weeks. Over the 90 days you can expect to build functional strength and stability throughout your entire body , improved posture and mobility, Decrease stored body fat and lose weight, Changes to body shape and composition, noticeable muscle definition.
Is the program suitable for people with a busy schedule?
Yes. Your program is custom made for you and your schedule so you’ll always feel capable of completing your workouts, regardless of how busy life gets. We will also be working together to build habits around time management and finding a schedule that works best for you so you can be successful and consistent long term.
What is the difference between the 90 day transformation and the one on one video training?
So glad you asked! The one on one video training includes everything that the 90 day transformation program offers as well as 1 on 1 video training sessions. The 90 day transformation still includes weekly check in calls that will be delivered through a regular voice call lasting anywhere from15 minutes up to an hour depending on your needs and questions! So you still get the benefits of a personal trainer, just without the workout sessions. This is optimal for people who already feel confident in their form during their workouts and can complete their workouts at their convenience. With the 1 on 1 video training you can choose anywhere between 1 and 5 training sessions with me per week which will be carried out via FaceTime, zoom, WhatsApp video or any video call service that you prefer! Each video sessions is an hour long where you will receive the full personal training experience with Liz.
