ONE ON ONE VIDEO TRAINING
from $450.00 every month for 3 months

This fitness plan includes all the benefits of the 90 day transformation with an additional 2-5 one on one video workout sessions per week so you can get the most out of your training sessions. It's the perfect plan for those who struggle with proper exercise form, staying accountable or completing workouts on their own. Additionally, if you have any special conditions, such as injuries, chronic pain, movement impairments, health problems like MS, EDS, Fibromyalgia, PCOS, titanium/porcelain bone implants, joint replacements, etc., this fitness plan is perfectly tailored to meet your specific needs.

Liz has been a certified specialist in corrective movement for 9 years and will guide you every step of the way, teaching you everything you need to know to achieve your fitness goals. You'll appreciate the structure of having scheduled training sessions, where all you need to do is show up and let Liz guide you through every exercise.
