The Best Types of Cardio

There’s always so much to be said about the “right” type of cardio to incorporate into your routine. Truth is, there really is no “right” or “wrong” type of cardiovascular exercise.

The key is finding the type of cardio that is right for YOU. Which means, find something that you don’t mind doing and sticking to it! If there is any point that you do find yourself becoming bored with your cardio routine, go harder, or switch it up. Take a class, run/walk outside for a change of scenery.

There is not one form of cardio that is better than the rest. It comes down to what you can do consistently and what doesn’t cause you pain.….The real pain like ….knees, hips, joints….not the emotional trauma of staring at the treadmill clock…ALTHOUGH we should start a support group because that time goes by way slower than the microwave minute.

No matter what your fitness goals are it’s important to keep up with cardio, because if your heart isn’t strong, you’ll actually die. Like real death. And you can’t workout if you’re dead.

I get it, cardio is hardio…but everyone has to do it. Get into something challenging and fun and rack up some miles.

If you have no where to start here are some options! Also if anyone can actually jump rope for an entire hour, please get in touch because that’s amazing and you deserve a prize.
