How to Lose Fat

Let’s talk about something reeeeaaaal quick.

Fat loss is fucking hard, exercising, eating right, completely changing your lifestyle, is hard. If you’re reading this in pursuit of losing fat or have any kind of fitness goal whatsoever…YOU’RE AWESOME.

….Like seriously awesome.

This shit is never easy BUT it is surprisingly simple. The fitness industry can be kind of an asshole sometimes and present us with a lot of confusing information and then try to sell us a bunch of shit we don’t need. Trust me, if you’ve ever owned a pair of adidas slides because it makes you feel sporty.. you know what I mean.

Well here’s the truth.

-Fat loss is hard but very simple.
-Try to stay away from heavily processed foods and eating out all the time.
-Find an exercise program that you actually like that makes you feel strong and sexy AF.
-Drink tons of water and sleep as much as you can.. seriously, go to bed.

Here’s some more truth..

-Drinking tea or starving yourself for a week won’t do anything. The product will only work if your mind is straight and that’s only because you’re actually changing your habits... don’t give a product the credit that you deserve for actively changing your lifestyle.

-Cardio is cool, personally I love it for stress relief but spending countless hours on a treadmill and expecting to see specific results is a waste of time.

-Stop eating like an asshole, you’re wasting your own time and causing yourself frustration. Don’t eat chicken and broccoli every meal for 4 days of the week and then slam down pasta and candy bars for the rest... just quit it, ok?
