Stop guessing what a serving size is. Use a guide, a scale, a measuring cup... whatever it takes. You could be eating the healthiest foods in the world however if you’re over your calorie goal or not eating enough to sustain your daily activity, you could be hurting your progress. AKA wasting your time.

Hack 2. Ditch The Packages

There are over 900 synthetics allowed in the production of food. There are also still over 200 synthetics allowed in organic farming. Yes you can eat whatever you want and odds are you’ll live. However, chemical modification can cause your hormones (the things that control your weight) to alter. Do yourself a favor and ditch the packages.

Hack 3. Keep It Simple
