How to Recover From Cheat Day

Back to the weekly grind but stressing about what you did on the weekend? Oh yeah, it was cheat day.. or weekend... or an entire cheat week.

Regardless of where you’ve been or how far off track you’ve landed, it’s time to reel it back in and get focused!

So how do you recover from a cheat? Believe me when I say I’ve fucked this part up countless times so that now you don’t have to (you’re welcome). Just follow these golden rules and you can still slay your way to your dream bod despite how amazing your cheat day was.

1. Don’t stress or punish yourself for enjoying food.. that’s just rude, don’t be rude.

2. Get right back to your meal prep and food that makes you feel good!

3. Lift some weights! You know, pick it up, put It down… use the energy from the calorie surplus and turn it into some strength, because feeling strong is the best and you deserve the fucking best of everything.

4. Drink lots of water because it will help you digest and wash out some of that salt and sugar, then drink coffee because it’s delicious and it’s Monday.

5. Now give yourself credit for even giving a fuck about your health and fitness and putting in effort to get back on track because that’s awesome.
